About: Mental Health / Community Addictions

(as a service user),

I self referred via East Renfrewshire website and was contacted the next day.

An appointment was made soon after and I had regular one to one meetings with the addictions nurse.

I was given a lot of information which helped me reassess my habits and was able to cut down my drinking significantly.

The information allowed me to make the decisions that were best for me. I feel so much better for the experience.
