I phoned the GP (Anchor Mill Medical) and spoke to a receptionist. I was worried about my son and was given an appointment straight away. Dr Brydie examined my son and prescribed him antibiotics, which we picked up within half an hour. What a service!

I can’t thank you enough as I’d been really worried and had already used the pharmacy. 

I have spoken to this receptionist a few times recently and found her to be professional and really helpful. I’m sorry I don’t know your name but I did thank you in person at reception.

GP receptionists get so much undeserved abuse and negative feedback but this is not my experience at Anchor Mill.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback on Care Opinion.

I was sorry to hear your son had to attend Anchor Mill Medical Practice after becoming unwell. This must have been a really worrying time for you so to hear you were offered excellent support and guidance from the staff was very heart warming.

I was very pleased to hear your son was prescribed antibiotics and was assessed quickly by the doctor.

I will be happy to pass on your thanks to the team who I'm sure will be glad to hear you had such a positive experience while attending the Practice.

I hope your son is feeling a lot better and recovering well back at home.
