"Mixed bag"

Last night’s staff couldn’t have been better.

So friendly, helpful and caring… a real credit to our NHS.

Today is a different story. My wife was awake at 6am and visited by 3 nurses so far…. Not one word from any of them. A quick look at her notes whilst chatting to a porter about personal (non hospital ) matters , then off. In the wrong profession if they have no care for patients.
