(as a service user),

Great experience in recovery and first shift of staff. Night staff and staff next day were awful. They were rude and condescending to me and I received no help on how to get to toilet etc. Never felt such excruciating pain all through the night. Didn't think that was normal after this op. I wish I could have gotten out of there sooner.
