I had an appointment recently at the Urology Clinic at the Glasgow Royal Infirmary. I was most impressed by the standard of care and dedication of the staff.
From the check in it was excellent. I saw Dr Brown who was exceptional with her care and expertise. Clear explanation and never hurried me. Felt listened to. The nurse Lou was again excellent and understanding. Very patient and very good at taking blood. The radiographer Jackie again made me feel at ease as did the Auxiliary Therese.
Most impressed with your service and continue the good work.
