I recently attended Dumfries and Galloway Royal infirmary to have my pace maker battery replaced.

I was taken on time by professional and friendly staff. Staff all introduced themselves and explained the nature of the procedure in a clear and concise manner.

Doctor Fersia and his staff were attentive throughout and ensured I was relaxed and pain free. All in all I was impressed with my care throughout.
