Your precision in handling numerous calls and prioritising was remarkable.

The first responder, paramedic, immediately took control and with a reassuring demeanor, comforted my family, while his vigilance and quick decisions were highly professional and valid.

Special thanks to the Ambulance team for their exceptional care during transit, ensuring my comfort and for their compassionate nature in allowing my wife to join us.

The seamless process in A&E, especially during my deterioration, highlighted their remarkable efficiency.

The rapid response and adeptness were heroic when my condition took a serious downturn, offering immense comfort to myself and my supporting wife.
