"Poor service"

About: Northwick Park Hospital

Was referred to Maxillo Facial department in August 2022. I understand the long wait times but I have been left to suffer in pain for over 1 year now. I need 3 teeth in total removed. I eventually got my appointment (after my numerous calls to the department) and had 1 out of 3 removed and referred for a CT scan for the others. CT scan was 3 months ago and still haven't received the results. I have contacted my GP and dentist who also have not received results. I am not left in a position where I cannot eat and remaining two teeth are on each side. On hold currently at 38 minutes trying to chase my results. I can hear the department picking up the call and placing me on hold again.

I am very sorry to hear that your dental issues remain unresolved and that you are still awaiting communication after your CT scan. I have spoken to the service lead of Oral Maxillo Facial and they also apologise that you are left in pain and are unable to contact the department.
