(as the patient),

It is lovely to see familiar faces and be able to contact my midwife directly if I have any questions.

Having had several experiences which ended in miscarriage and seeing different people every time I had an appointment and having to explain everything over and over it is lovely to see the same face and then know the situation without having to go over and over the hurtful past history.

They are friendly and pleasant and supportive and reassure any anxious or worries that I have
