"Thorough, caring and professional practice"

I was admitted for an oral wasp sting, (possibly anaphylaxis),and cannot speak highly enough of the attention and care which I received.

This was manifested by reception staff, emergency and upon the ward itself.

The nursing staff in the ‘holding area’ and those later upon the ward, were assiduous, attentive and focused upon their professional duties.

The doctor and his trainee were explicit regarding the procedures, that I was undergoing and I was made to feel confident, in their judgment and expertise.

The cleanliness and orderly atmosphere and the positive and friendly manner of the ancillary staff also contributed to my confidence in this institution.
