Amazing service from start to finish! Every person I interacted with was truly friendly and caring. Never been made to feel so at ease having an operation - Kerry in anaesthetics a pure dream and found a vein first time! Surgeons in ENT are truly wonderful and all the staff on SAL and in recovery friendly and caring.

It was a great start to my day when I opened this e mail to find that you had posted this response about your recent experience. This means so much to the whole team on SAL when we have lovely comments like this.
