"The staff were most sensitive and kind to me"

About: Arbroath Infirmary / Minor Injuries

(as a service user),

I just wished to say how much I appreciated the care and attention I received at the Minor Injuries Unit and am sending many thanks to those I encountered when arriving after my unfortunate accident.

After a fall, and feeling very sore and unsure, the staff were most sensitive and kind to me.

Thank you so much for taking the time to post a story about the treatment you had in Arbroath Minor Injuries Unit. I’m so sorry to hear you had a fall. This can be very daunting and can result in some painful injuries. I hope you are feeling better, and managing to get about again ok.

The minor injury units are nurse led and the staff really do try to be as compassionate and caring as possible. It’s lovely to read that you were treated with sensitivity and kindness. Kindness can be such a simple gesture but can mean so much. The minor injury staff and I wish you the very best for the future. I will pass on your very kind words to everyone.
