(as the patient),

I recently had an Echocardiogram under Doctor Kruszewski and her team. I was treated with great professionalism and efficiency. The whole team were cheerful, making me feel so relaxed. Other than the slight distaste of the throat spray, everything went smooth as silk from the beginning, to the very welcomed cup of tea and toast. The medical staff I was involved with were absolutely brilliant, I could never thank them enough.

I am sure Dr Kruszewski and her team will be delighted to know that they provided you with such a positive experience. Its difficult for patients to come to hospital and to be greeted warmly with such a cheerful team is wonderful and I am glad they helped you to relax.

I wonder if it was the banana flavoured throat spray you had? I've had a throat spray once and I agree, I've tasted better things, like hospital toast (the best)!
