"Trying to get an appointment."

About: Leighton Road Surgery

(as the patient),

Every time I try to get an appointment I am told by the receptionist, we have none, or you can phone in the morning and become no 32 in a queue - your call is important to us - (how many times do I tell these people I am very hard of hearing, I have to wear hearing aids, I can’t do telephone conversations.

]Or if there is a slot it’s normally at least a month away, I have now a very sinister looking mole on my leg come up in a week, I would like it checked out before I am told it’s too late.

Feels like this happens every time I walk in that doctors.
