Just had the displeasure of being mocked by staff at the hospital over my GP's advice.
Referred by my GP and 111, only to be told by hospital staff the advice is nonsense. Left still in pain with various symptoms, including shortness of breath. I'd made my mind up within seconds that I'd rather drop dead on the street than come back here.
Cannot believe the service compared to other boroughs.
I left feeling utterly humiliated and feeling sorry for decent staff everywhere.
