"Knowledge and professionalism of the clinician was superb"

(as a service user),

I have the misfortune of requiring a number of clinical services on a regular basis. The most recent was Audiology and FVHB in Falkirk.  The highs and lows experienced through various illnesses have been a challenge and I was apprehensive of yet another service to my personal portfolio.

This local service has to praised and celebrated for the delivery of its care. The knowledge and professionalism of the clinician was superb in explanation of hearing loss and isolation. A solution was established quickly and successfully delivered with ongoing support offered. Well done to this service - hope others endeavour to replicate. ( Retired CEO Health & Social Care)
