"The seemed not to care"

About: South West Acute Hospital / Emergency Care and Medicine Services South West Acute Hospital / Ward 6

(as the patient),

A waste of time, doctor did not do a proper examination, didn’t look at my throat, ears or nose – all of which I am having trouble with. I have trouble swallowing but they did not seem to care – felt they couldn’t be bothered.

Same as when I was in the hospital on ward 6 – I am supposed to take my medicines several times throughout the day, they only gave me them twice a day – no care shown at all.

Thorough waste of my time, I am 84 and feel very let down. I hope someone contacts me to explain and look into this further as I am still unwell and have the same complaints.

Hi,

Sorry to hear this about this experience on Ward 6, I can look into this matter further for you. The medical staff are very efficient and the nursing staff normally act within the patients best interest. Can you please get in touch with me to see if I can help?

Thanks
