About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Same Day Admissions Unit (SDAU)

(as the patient),

Arrived at the Unit, escorted  & shown to a bed. Gillian -  my admission nurse - checked my details and checked my history etc, in a friendly, though professional and thorough manner.

Despite my anxiety she was reassuring and answered the questions I had to the best of her ability. 

Was made to feel welcomed, secure and treated professionally.
