(as a carer),

As a carer for my dad, I regularly attend appointments with him. I cannot praise the heart failure nurse highly enough as she always goes above and beyond to ensure my dad is ok. She regularly checks in with us both and listens to me as a carer as well as my dad. Such a friendly and caring individual who clearly wants the best for her patients.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Heart Failure team. It is wonderful to hear that you and your dad received such empathetic and person centred care. The team work hard to ensure they provide excellent care and support to all service users and their families.
