"Department was very friendly and helpful and explains things"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Rheumatology

(as the patient),

I went to Lincoln Hospital outpatient department and it was very friendly and helpful and explains things and I took a present for helping me and the nurses enjoyed the treats and felt they were thanked for their efforts.

Then I went to get medication and it was very confusing and then I missed my bus and waited and had to move and it was strange and there were strange people about. The desk to check in was odd and they told me were to go and it was confusing

Maybe have someone to show me where to go but the nurse showed me and I gave presents

Also I saw odd people about, one person had a shoe on one foot and a trainer on the other and then someone outside with a sick bowl and smoking and then odd people with purple hair.

Dear Graham128

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback following your recent experience at the hospital. Your input is truly appreciated, and it is always encouraging to receive positive comments especially when staff have been helpful however there is really no need to provide gifts we are just glad we could support you.

Kind regards,

Sam
