About: Crusader Surgery

Very positive experience at the surgery 2 weeks ago. Queing outside as it’s usually a problem getting an appointment, nurse came out to que before 8am and explained to us all there was a new system in place. She took all our names and let us go home as it was cold and raining. Within 20 minutes she had called me back and was able to help me over the phone.

Hopefully no more queing from 0730am!

I have heard from friends they have also had much more positive experiences! I’m sure the whole team is working hard to make these changes so credit where credit is due for you all!

The staff well really appreciate the positive feedback, we will be delivered in our next staff meeting. We are always trying to improve our services to ensure we delivery best patient care.
