"I was treated respectfully"

About: Scottish Ambulance Service / Emergency Ambulance University Hospital Hairmyres / Emergency Department

(as a service user),

I would like to thank all the ambulance crews and staff who dealt with me during my short visits to the EAU.

On both occasions, I was treated respectfully and good humour by all the staff I came into contact with. I can't remember all of their names but I would like to tell Ryan that I think Maureen is definitely a keeper (if he didn't know already)! 

I would be grateful if this was passed on.
