(as a service user),

Following some issues with my own dentist I had multiple appointments at the Glasgow Dental Hospital for an apicectomy/dental surgery.

The treatment was excellent, they kept me informed and made me feel so comfortable

It is so very useful for our service to receive feedback of any kind. When a patient has a positive experience at Glasgow Dental Hospital it is wonderful for our staff to hear about it, thank you.

I am sorry to hear you had a difficult time previously. I do hope that you are now recovering from your surgery as expected. I will certainly pass on your lovely comments to the clinical team involved.
