What I liked

I accompanied my mother for eye surgery as a day case in the David Little unit. My mother is severely disabled, is unable to post her opinion, and therefore I am doing so on her behalf. The care she received by every member of the care team was exemplary. We are particularly indebted to a staff nurse, Nimee, and a consultant anaesthetist, Dr Thom, who were both extremely supportive. I wish to acknowledge the kindness they both afforded us.
