My daughter was recently a patient in the day case unit in Hartlepool. She was so nervous in the lead up to going into hospital but the staff in day case couldn’t have looked after her better.
The place ran like clockwork and the staff allayed her fears. There was no unnecessary waiting about before her procedure or afterward when she was ready to come home.
The staff were professional and kind and she couldn’t have had a more positive experience. All of them are a credit to the NHS.
