Hi waltzpb36,

Thanks for this kind feedback. I'm so glad you felt well looked after by medical student Jas when you attended clinic. We feel it's very important to be involved in training the next generation of doctors who will be looking after patients in the future, and therefore we are keen to have medical students on placement in our service. The students have specific teaching about what we do in our clinics, and this includes a reminder about the importance of patient confidentiality in the NHS. They are a professional group and are always keen to learn, yet mindful and sensitive to the needs of our patients in sexual health. We do recognise that some people may not want to have a student present, and this is always completely optional. It's great to hear that you had a good experience.
