"I can't thank every one of you enough"

About: Royal Alexandra Hospital / Same Day Admissions Unit (SDAU)

(as a service user),

I was recently  in for septorhinoplasty surgery and home later that day.

I honestly could say one negative comment about my experience, all staff through the board where very friendly, attentive, respectable, very well informed with every aspect, made sure I totally understood what was happening at every stage. They helped me feel comfortable and at ease.

They checked all the information many times to make sure nothing had been marked wrong or missed. They explained the procedure from back to front in a way I could understand.

Also, I had a couple of things wrong with medication and with a rash on my foot which had nothing to do with my appointment that your staff have informed my doctor of, which is really helpful.

I can't thank every one of you enough. I wish you all the best in the future, thank you.

I was delighted to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

We are extremely proud of the work the team do on a daily basis so to hear this echoed by our patients and their relatives is very encouraging.

I was also very pleased to hear the staff took the time to explain the process and answer any questions you may have had.
