This is the worst hospital that we have ever been to - we've found the nurses on Gloucester ward so rude, no bedside manner, with no compassion or dignity towards the patient.
Breakfast missed, didn’t have time to serve afternoon tea, wouldn’t answer the bell to let us in for visits, patients were just left for hrs, medication not given at the correct times, no plan was ever followed through, would not talk to family members unless we asked what was going on.
Never have we felt so disrespected or helpless in trying to get help for our family member - please remember that this patient is someone’s mother or grandmother. I hope that your family member would be treated in this way.
