(as a service user),

I attended the feature clinic this morning with a broken ankle. The nursing staff were brilliant. 

Got my staples removed, and spoke with the doctor. Joan and all the staff made me feel at ease and were very helpful. Ensured that I had all the medication and medical supplies that I needed.  All staff are a credit to the NHS and we are lucky to have staff like them in our local hospital 😊
