"Kind, helpful and professional "

I attended for routine blood tests on 13th November. As has always been my experience with all the staff there, the nurse was kind, patient and professional. She went out of her way to discuss my concerns with a GP and arranged further tests and an appointment. I’ve always found all the staff there - GPs, nursing staff and reception staff - to be genuinely caring and trying to their best under what have been very difficult circumstances for both patients and staff over recent years. I’m very grateful for the care they all provide. Thank you
