(as the patient),

I went with pain in my penis. They took care of me. Went through all the tests.

I passed out during the blood taking and they were very caring and made me feel comfortable.

I am so glad that you got your problem sorted in our Exeter Sexual Health Clinic. Thank you for taking the time to feedback about your visit. We only do tests and examinations with consent, but we know this can sometimes be a difficult experience. However, although it's really common for patients to feel nervous or anxious, we are very used to looking after people who are scared or worried. It's great to hear that the team treated you with great care and dignity, even after you felt faint having blood taken.
