I've worked with Inclusion many years, been a music mentor for them, run groups, had support staying clean and got a lot of personal development work done over the years.
I felt part of a team, important and like I had a purpose.
It would have been better if I didn't get continuously punished for UTI's or having drink/drugs, then put in a worse situation and I wish NHS Inclusion had this power but they don't prison is punishment it's a catch 22, however a lot of good work still gets done and it's very beneficial. my highlight was the music performances for Inclusion presentation, my mindfulness classes and clean periods. A lot of people in prison should be in a secure rehab. Prison don't work it's the root of the addiction usually trauma, abuse, PTSD and poor upbringing by parents/care. Rather than build more prisons there should be more institutions to get to the root of problems/addictions.
But I am grateful of NHS(Inclusion) Thank you.
