"I was seen within half an hour"

I had a fall on thursday and my daughter talked me into finally going to see about my injuries on Monday evening.

I was seen within half an hour, and was treated by Sarah, who confirmed what I hoped, my wrist was torn not broken, she was quick, cheery and even her mother shared my name, all in all a nice experience given I had pain! 

Just want to say thank you for the kindness and prompt service I received, am very grateful.
