"Very professional, friendly and respectful"

About: Western Health & Social Care Trust / Nutrition and Dietetics Service

(as the patient),

Warren, on a number of occasions has spoken to me about my Coeliac Disease & hypothyroidism. I have had a persistent choking type cough when I start to eat and thanks to Warren he has got me a referral to the GI clinic for further investigation.

I was not accessing the gluten free prescription products and again he suggested that I should, proceeding to organise this for me as well as providing me with a list of available products.

I also got all my bloods checked again thanks to him.

I genuinely found Warren very professional, friendly and respectful, and above all he listened to what I said!

Thank you for all your kind help, Warren, I much appreciate it,

Dear Porridge Face,

I am Joanne Casey, Head of Nutrition and Dietetics here in WHSCT. Many thanks for taking the time to share your feedback with us, we really appreciate receiving it.

I'm delighted you have had such a positive experience with Warren and now have a prescription for gluten free items arranged, and recent bloods checked. As you will know a life long gluten free diet can be challenging at times and I hope the prescription and ongoing input from Warren will continue to support you along the way. I also wish you well for the investigations planned for your other symptoms.

Joanne
