At first I was very sceptical in using this technology however it is proving very useful and reliable for non urgent assessment due to prompt reply. I like the fact I can get help for issues regarding my children without having to take time out of school. Only issue is telephone consultations should be given a protected time slot making it easier to know when to be available.
