I looked forward to my weekly sessions with my therapist. I found it highly beneficial to talk openly with issues that I was struggling with. It helped me massively day to day and week to week and I will apply that advice to my needs going forward. I can’t recommend it enough.

Dear Anonymous, My name is Winson, and I am a member of the Patient Experience Team for the South West London & St. George's Mental Health NHS Trust. Thank you for your feedback, I'm delighted to hear you had such good support from the Sutton Uplift team. We are glad you felt really supported by your therapy sessions.
