(as the patient),

I had a carpal tunnel decompression operation under a local anesthetic with the NHS. The whole experience from start to finish was like receiving 5 star private care. Absolutely fist class.

The care and attention from all of the team was reassuring, considerate and professional. 

I felt relaxed and comfortable through the whole procedure as the team constantly talked to me, keeping me informed what was happening throughout.

Also the attention to detail of the safety processes was excellent.

Thank you to everyone at Cannock Chase Hospital.
