Following an emergency admission to FV Larbert recently (when I was very well cared for) I was referred as an urgent case for removal of my gall bladder. Noreen in day surgery admin was very helpful in coordinating my pre op and surgery dates. Pre op staff were professional and helpful.
On the day of my surgery, the reception and receiving nurses were first class and Mr Crumley, surgeon, was very reassuring to myself and husband, taking time to explain what was to happen and answering all queries that we had.
Thankfully, my surgery went well with no complications and I will be eternally grateful for the exceptional care, help and support that I received from Mr Crumley, the 2 anesthetists who attended my surgery, and the nursing staff in theatre and ambulatory care.
I was very well cared for throughout and thankful to have fully recovered from my surgery.
