About: Inverclyde Royal Hospital / Endoscopy

(as a service user),

From the moment I checked in at the main reception until I left the unit I felt valued and cared for by all the staff. They couldn't have been nicer or more caring and I want to offer my sincere thanks for such humanity combined with their utter professionalism.

I was pleased to hear the care and treatment you received from the staff was to a high standard and you felt well cared for.

It was lovely to hear how the staff took the time to make you feel comfortable and at ease. This must have been a massive comfort to you.
