"Cataract Surgery"

About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Cataract Unit

(as the patient),

Day care patient at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline to receive cataract surgery on my right eye.

From the very start with patient transport collecting me from my home and returning me home to meeting the staff who were informative and made me feel at ease about the procedure I was due to have.

The surgery went extremely well and I was allocated my own personal nurse during the procedure who ensured I was comfortable and at ease.

Dear Tangotq37,

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, it is lovely to hear that from the ambulance transport to the staff in the hospital were all very supportive in putting you at ease.

I will share this lovely feedback with the team, we wish you well in your recovery.

Kind regards

Stacey Arnott
