"Staff were so helpful and understanding"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Orthopaedics (Bones, Joints and Fractures)

(as a parent/guardian),

My daughter was taken in immediately due to her arm swelling up, I was very anxious and more so as I recently got some upsetting news which made me feel even more on edge. As child illness is already unsettling as it is.

I can’t thank the staff enough they were so helpful & understanding and really looked after us both.

Thank you for taking the time to send such lovely thanks to the orthopaedic team. I am delighted to hear that the staff were able to help relieve your anxieties and stress, when coming into hospital especially when it was following a recently difficult experience.
