(as a service user),

I thought that the service I received was very good, but also to get anywhere you have to be able to want to help yourself there's no point going to get help if you're not really into it.

My workers were fab once I stopped getting passed from pillar to post with loads of counsellors.

So yeah all good and I've been totally CLEAN for a couple of months now. Yay!

You are absolutely right, a person must want to make the changes themself if they are to be successful.

I am pleased to hear you are abstinent now and I would like to wish you all the best in your recovery journey.

I apologise on behalf of the service for your Worker being changed a number of times, sometimes this is out of our control due to staff sickness, staff leaving the service or changes in roles of Workers within the team. However I can assure you I will take this in to account for the future of the service.
