"I am very grateful that I got placed under this team"

About: Continuity of Midwifery Carer Service / Emerald Team Craigavon Area Hospital / Maternity care

(as the patient),

I am due to have my first baby in the upcoming weeks and I have been under the care of the Continuity of Midwifery Carer team (CoMC). I can not speak more highly of the team who have been comforting and supportive every step of the way.

I want to highlight how amazing my lead midwife Rebecca has been, after having a few appointments not go to plan Rebecca has been able to provide amazing support to me and checks in via text or call after each appointment and answers any questions and concerns I have.

I am very grateful that I got placed under this team and will have a friendly face when I am in Labour

Good afternoon

Thank you so much for your lovely words.

As Lead for Continuity of Midwifery Carer (CoMC) I am delighted with such positive feedback.

I will personally ensure your story is shared with Rebecca and indeed the wider CoMC team

Many thanks
