"Treated courteously at pacemaker implant"

About: Dumfries & Galloway Royal Infirmary / Cardiology

(as the patient),

In late October I went into Dumfries and Galloway Royal Infirmary to have a pacemaker implant operation.

From the outset all the staff treated me courteously and with care and professionalism. The operation itself was conducted by  Dr Fersia and his team under a local anaesthetic and they were very good and explained everything all through the procedure.

Excellent care.
