(as a service user),

I've had a very positive experience with NHS Lothian recently.

From NHS 24 to the paramedic who visited me at home in the early hours, to the A&E staff at St Johns hospital, particularly Dr Mitchell. Everyone tended to my predicament with empathy & professionalism. 

Restored my faith in the NHS. Thankyou.
