I was asked if I wanted to attend for an MRI that I was waiting for after the service had a cancellation. I was given some directions to the mobile MRI unit but these were not clear, which meant I was a bit late for my appointment and therefore a bit rushed and a bit stressed when I arrived. I really recommend that there is clearer signage for this unit in the hospital and externally too.
The staff (Josh, Jack) were excellent - very professional, clearly very good at their jobs. They were able to see me despite my lateness putting them back a bit, and I really appreciated that. They are a credit to the Trust.
