(as the patient),

I received care last week initially from Hollybank Ward then had post care from Hilton Main Ward at Cannock Chase Hospital. Before during and after my hip replacement surgery the treatment and care I received was outstanding, nothing was to much trouble for any member of staff, I cannot thank them enough, keep doing what you do on a daily basis you are one truly amazing team.
