"Wonderful service"

I have been visiting GWH ENT since June 2021 and have only praise for the entire department.

The receptionists are polite, helpful and friendly.

I met several audiologists and, without fail, I found them to be kind, patient and considerate. They are always happy to explain everything they are doing and why.

At each appointment I have been fortunate to see a consultant ENT surgeon who is amazing at listening and took the time to address each of my concerns. He discussed options with me, was very open to my questions and I always left the appointment with a plan.

My last appointment was also, by mutual agreement, my final appointment which is why I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone in the ENT department.
