(as a carer),

I just wanted to go on record to thank all staff at Stracathro Hospital for the care afforded to me a few days ago during my stay for a routine hernia repair operation.

The customer service, professionalism, empathy, care and general looking after from the receptionist, nurses, anaesthetics and surgeons was the best I have experienced at any NHS location and made me so appreciative that I was sent to Stracathro for my surgery.

I cannot think of any other way to express my thanks and gratitude and say please never change.
