My surgery was very long but successful, thank fully and thank you to the team.
My initial care in epoc was poor and unhelpful.
Nights on my first ward stay, also proved unhelpful. Daytime staff and day and night time staff, (as I progressed to more manageable care ,) were excellent. Possibly I had withdrawal symptoms from my normal prescription medication, which was slow in being properly instigated. This medication has been long established in me for mental health condition.
Want to praise the staff of my 2nd week stay but I hope others don’t experience the suffering I had to contend with during my initial nursing care and treatment. It was an unhealthy atmosphere.
Thankyou to surgical team and caring staff with true vocations.
"Mixed grades of care"
